Insurance Coverage

While Retina Associates of Cleveland, Inc. is contracted with most common insurance companies (including Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans’ administration and workers compensation), there are some insurance plans that we do not participate with. Please call your insurance company to make sure your provider is in network with your plan.
