Public transportation

Transportation services are available in many of the counties and communities that our patients live. If your community is not on the list, we suggest calling your local city hall to see if there are services available for you.

To use Paratransit, you must first apply. The application is available in large print upon request.

Paratransit is a door to door service. Paratransit is available 7 days a week 8:30am-4pm. Reservations must be made a week in advance. For an application or more information call the number listed above.

Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm advanced reservations are required. Transportation within city is free of charge. There is a nominal fee for transportation outside the city.

Southwest General Health Center

Free van service is available to residents of the health center's taxing district - Berea, Brookpark, Columbia Township, Middleburg Hts., Olmsted Falls and Strongsville- who are unable to provide their own transportation to and from the following locations: Southwest General Health Center, Lifeworks of Southwest General & UH Health System Southwest General Health Center Strongsville Medical Center. Transportation is provided for doctors appointments, tests, and other clinical services.

Will transport any patient who lives in Lakewood . Patient has to call and make appointment with them. $1.00 donation each way.

Rocky River

They will transport any Rocky River resident, who registers with them, to and from our offices Monday-Friday 9am-4pm.

Berea Senior Transportation

Will transport Berea residents to the Middleburg Hts. office Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm.

Westlake Senior Services

They will transport patients to our Lakewood office only. Patient must live in Westlake . Must make reservation. Suggested donation $2.00 round trip.

Parma Senior Center

Will transport Parma residents. Must be registered. Two weeks advance notice. $10.00 round trip.


GEAUGA COUNTY

Geauga County Transit

Geauga County Transit is a door to door personalized system for all Geauga county residents. Saturday service is available in conjuction with the United Way of Geauga County call 1-888-287-7190. Same day service is also available.


LAKE COUNTY

PORTAGE COUNTY

Portage Area Regional Transit Authority - Certain areas Monday-Friday, 8am -5pm, other areas only 2 days per week. PARTA will not go out of the county.
