Dear Dr. Miller,
This time last year I expected to be completely blind by Christmas. At that time I could no longer read, watch television, or drive my car. On a Tuesday in November, 2015 I came to your Middleburg Heights clinic where you and Dr. Kaplan examined me and were able to determine that I had something else affecting my retinas other than macular degeneration. You suggested two names. Next your office staff kindly set an appointment with one of those doctors… and after several tests… treatment began and continues today for what can only be identified as idiopathic inflammatory disease.
Hardly a day goes by that I don’t think how lucky we were to have crossed paths with you. I have you and you alone to thank for identifying the urgent need for me to see someone who “usually sees the unusual” cases. You knew exactly where I needed to go and who I needed to see. I will be forever grateful.
