Dr Tsai,  As you may remember, I have been concerned about the eyesight test when I renew my drivers license prior to my...birthday.  I took the test last Friday and passed without any restrictions for night driving so I'm a happy camper after that and thought you'd like to know.

This seems like a good opportunity to formally thank you for the expertise and attention you have given me since my first office visit in 2017.

While not exactly the most pleasant treatment, I enjoy my times at your office because of your friendly and efficient staff and knowing that you are doing your best to preserve my vision.  My wife and I appreciate the care I get from you and your assistants.
